For years The Daily Smark website had content like wrestling news, events, podcasts, and videos available for people to digest. Over time I felt like this was causing the site to look like any other wrestling news site, and it talked less and less about a really helpful mobile app.
Today I've pushed an update that removes those sections and turns the website into a proper website for the iPhone app and the upcoming Android app. All of that content isn't going anywhere. It lives in the mobile app, where it belongs and where the experience is at its best.
I'm happy with how the website now provides a much clearer message. When someone lands here, they should immediately understand what The Daily Smark is: a wrestling app built for fans, not another news site fighting for your clicks.
